2. Refund Eligibility & Conditions
Due to the custom and labor-intensive nature of our work, refunds are not automatically granted. We offer refunds only under specific, clearly defined circumstances.
A. Circumstances Where a Refund May Be Granted:
- Non-Delivery of Service: A full or partial refund may be issued if we fail to deliver the services as explicitly outlined in your Statement of Work (SOW), and this failure is not due to any client-side delays or lack of cooperation.
- Service Cancellation by DIMRAJ: If we are forced to cancel your project before its commencement due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payments made.
B. Circumstances Where a Refund Will NOT Be Granted:
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you change your mind about the project or decide to cancel after work has already been performed.
- Client-Side Delays or Lack of Cooperation: No refunds will be provided for project delays caused by a lack of client cooperation, late provision of required content or information, or delayed feedback and approvals. Our service is a collaboration, and timely input from you is critical.
- Service Termination Due to Client Breach: If the project is terminated because of a material breach of our Terms and Conditions on your part, we reserve the right to retain all payments made.
- Third-Party Costs: Any costs incurred for third-party services, such as software licenses, stock photography, domain registrations, SSL certificates, or advertising spend, are non-refundable.

- Refund Amount Calculation: If a refund is approved, the amount will be calculated based on the work completed. For project-based services, the refund will be an equitable amount determined by the percentage of the project that has not been completed. We will deduct any costs incurred for work already performed from the final refund amount.

Any disputes or claims regarding our services or this policy will be governed by the laws of India.
